I'm sure those of you who have restored cars over the years have many stories of, for a better term"creative engineering". Lets share our stories of things people have done to cars you've got that just makes you shake your head. The one that I'm thinking of right now wasn't on a Forward look car(thankfully) It was on a Ford pickup. They had broken off the exhaust manifold bolts that go into the head. Instead of drilling them out they just used C-clamps to hold the manifold on. Pretty interesting way of doing it I thought. It seemed to work alright too???? Mike
