The answer is easy, The car is a cool rare but not a real hot collecter car so go for broke. Paint it any darn color that floats your boat. The cost will be the same but it will make you more happy. If it was a fury Or a D-500 conv, or a letter car different story. Do it and enjoy it. Good luck.
