All summer long, the carburetor on the '57 230 flathead six in my '59 Suburban had to be closed tight when the engine was cold, even in 110 degree weather, or the car wouldn't start. Now it's Autumn, and the car won't start unless the choke is cracked open, even in forty degree weather. Weird, eh? Comments?
