Be very careful that the top of the vent window frame does not have too much resistance with the seal as the door closes. The car I obtained had a broken vent frame (EXPENSIVE FIX) because of this. Also SIL-GLIDE from the auto parts store is for the purpose of lubricating rubber and has worked well for me. Good luck. RD
