try checking at the base of the window where it seats in at.there is a rubber it sets in,it's possible it came unseated and shifted.that happened to my passenger door,i thought i rolled it up too hard and bent it but a buddy of mine who is a body and paint man pointed it out to me as soon as i told him.for over a year i thought i bent something.hope that helps you out. charley
