Not sure why a guy would want fiberglass when steel is available. You might want to check out and check out their Mopar stuff. They have the front fenders you are looking for and punch 'em from steel. If you still must have fiberglass, do a patch of your existing fenders and paint on a release agent, followed by a 2 to 3 layers of S glass or some of the more pliant aviation versions of fiberglass and resin. This will give you a female mold which you can use to make multiple fenders from. A stiff wooden frame to hold the mold in the proper plane is helpfull. IMHO, steel is better.
