Hi Chuck, "Old fool?" I don't think so. How many fools would do the research you've done to answer a question? Fools are clueless and lazy - you fit neither category. Besides, "fool" is the public name I have decided to give those in "customer service" - especially automotive counterpersons. Yep, clueless and lazy. It must be frustrating to the very small number of "good" customer service people to be surrounded by fools and thought of that way, but for every good one, there has to be thousands of true fools.
