That is a correct bit of info. I have a 71 Dodge P.U. that is seeping out of the seal on the rear passenger side, leaking into the shoes ( I rarely move this rig), and the wheel locks up long before the others in gravel or a hard stop. When my new shop is finished this is the first of my projects.
