Think U can tighten that critter, but space is lsimited and U need a BIG wrench. Maybe even have to pull radiator. If no vibration, suggest making your own timing marks after tightening. Must locate TDC of the compression stroke of #1 cylinder. See your shop manual or a MoToRs Manual.
