Let's give Dud some credit. I'm sure the NAPA tool came with instructions and he knows how to read. He may be having the same problem I had recently with an imported double flaring tool. I couldn't get the clamp to hold tubing while driving down the "button", even when I put it in a vice! It always pushed out. After a number of frustrating attempts, I tossed out the tool a bought a Rigid (made in good ol' USA) that works just fine. I'm not familiar with the NAPA flaring tool, but I know that they market imported tools under their brand name. Let the buyer beware. JM
