"once the money starts coming in again"? Whose money is that? He's soliciting new business, when he hasn't filled orders he got (and got paid for) 2 years ago?? What did he do with THEIR money? Is he going to stiff the new people to make the poly headers? This is what he's been doing for years - he already spent the money everyone gave him, and now he's asking for more money.
