| New proud owner of a 1958 Fury and in need of brakes
I tried calling AAJ brakes a couple of times but each time I just get a voice message.
Are they still in business?
I was looking at Magnum Force and SSBC as well.
Anyone know of other reputable sources for disc brake conversions?
Thanks in advance!

| FYI he also now has a master cylinder conversion to go to a newer two-bolt style MC designed for disc/drum or disc/disc cars. He uses a corvette MC and provides a proportioning valve and bracket plus the lines to connect the two. It's a nice unit though I had to work through some bugs on mine (bad prop valve and the bracket was a little to short). Nice part is the longer assembly and MC means it's a little easier to add fluid to the MC since it stick out beyond the booster a little.
The pedal is lower than I would like but I think that's my rear brakes and not his MC. Otherwise they work well, I just completed a 1000 mile trip down the Blue Ridge Parkway and back and they held up well. |

Location: Tacoma, WA | The AAJ website says, "Due to a Medical Emergency, Roger has been unable to answer his email or phone calls. He appreciates your patience and understanding during this stressful time. Roger will be able to get back to answering the emails and phone calls as soon as Barbara is out of the hospital. They both want to thank everyone for their concerns and letters during this time. We hope Barb will be home and getting better soon. She has been a very very sick lady!!" I wish Barb a successful and speedy recovery.
