Location: Connecticut | My first 59 Dodge was a Silver Challenger. I was sure it was a mistake on the title until a saw it mentioned in Thomas McPherson's 'The Dodge Story'.
My car had a flathead 6 and three on the tree. No options. Radio delete. Sold it in '89 and found my convertible in '90. Ron

Location: Parts Unknown | These were on par the the 58 Plymouth Silver Specials. The Plymouths had unique sidetrim and badging, whereas the Dodge did not. Ron, was your car silver ? The one I saw was originally silver. I have never confirmed if the paint color was part of the package.
Both of these were generally bare bones strippers, ... 6 cyl, 3-speed, spartan interior, clear glass, manual everything, rubber floor mats. Surprisingly, they seem to have come standard with full face wheelcovers.

Location: Connecticut | I'll post some pics if I can find them. Don't expect anything special, though. When I bought the car in the early 80s, it was in black primer after having been painted a few other colors. Interior was shredded. Body was rusted out. Paint code was silver (LL1), which along with full wheel covers, was part of the package. Car could also be had with a V8, according to sales literature.
