I wonder where he got those trim pieces that extend into the wheel wells? Were those sold as accessories back then?

I wonder where he got those trim pieces that extend into the wheel wells? Were those sold as accessories back then?
The front Wheel well trims are Optional Stoneguard Accessory trim available at the time, Mostly ever seen on the Fury Model..

Mostly, when I have seen the stone gaurds come up on ebay, they never have the front part of the wheel arch trim.
Those (thankfully) I do have as the previous owner(who I think has the stone gaurds from mine) didnt get those bits
