5V voltage regulator gone bad?

Destr0 Posted 2012-06-12 1:45 PM (#325322) Subject: 5V voltage regulator gone bad? Veteran Posts: 175 Location: Hebron, IN OK so my temp and fuel guages do not work. I am getting 12V to the voltage regulator but nothing out of it at all. I am going to replace it with a modern regulator- looks like Radio Shack has one for $2. Veteran Posts: 175 Location: Hebron, IN Been busy doing the disc brake swap but I did print out the wiring diagrams on 11 x 17 and hang them on my shop project board on Friday. Being none too skinny and 6'3" I am going to pull the front seat before I mess under the dash again- have to pull it anyway to install the seat belts.
