Wrongly advertised as a 1957 Plymouth, it's very obviously a 1958 Dodge Mayfair:
1957 Plymouth Convertible, great condition body wise. Does not run, perfect winter project * call for more information. 1-204-371-6934 or 204 355-5210, no emails please, Thank you

Location: Parts Unknown | The buyer will get a lot of bang for the buck if they heed the seller's pitch.
This "perfect winter project" will likely keep the project taker-onner several long winters.

I guess I am, can't really afford it, but I couldn't wait another 20 years for the next one to come along. I will have to try and sell some stuff in spring. Monday morning when I left for work it was minus 29 outside, I hadn't really planned on buying a convertible. |

Congrats on buying a beautiful and one of the rarest FL convertibles. Does anyone know the production numbers?
That will be a stunning car restored.

I don't know how many they made, but they certainly are very, very rare. I personaly know of only another one. It's currently being restored here in Quebec. |

Sure. Basically, the 1958 Dodge Mayfair convertible is really a us-made Plymouth Belvedere convertible fitted with a Dodge front end and imported to Canada. The interior is EXACTLY the same as the US Plymouth Belvedere convertible, with the only difference being the instrument cluster face that would say "Dodge" instead of "Plymouth", with a forwardlook boomerang logo instead of the Plymouth ship logo in the bottom.
