It's even a Dutch shop too, maybe I need to go there and see how they look in person.
Too bad they don't have a 59 Plymouth

I might be tempted to get a '59 Dodge model if the price is right and the scale was a 1:24 instead of that toyish 1:43.

Looks like they used the 70s police dog dishes with the vent holes. And the door decal is crooked!

Thanks for the link!

I've always wondered why the model companies pump out 60 300F's but never any New Yorkers or Saratoga's. And how tough would it be to pop out a 60 Desoto from the 300 mold?

Location: Ocala, Florida | The 1/18 '60 Fury has been out for quite some time now. As far as the resin 1/43 models referred to in this thread, they are incredibly nice, but can be had a bit cheaper on ebay if you search neo or american excellence. BR54T, have you seen what really nice '74-5 Imperials and '76-8 'Yorker 4 door hardtops are going for now? Right around 8 to 11 grand for a really nice one. |

Wasn't aware they were bringing that much or were still popular. After having a 75 NYer Brougham sedan, I moved on from the Formals, had a Fusey convertible and now want to get back into a Slab. |

Well maybe they are working at it. A 1956 Desoto has just turned up and I see that there is a 1959 (wagon):

| When someone posts a picture of their own model purchases, could you also post the chassis? To me, that is the money shot in determining how detailed or committed the company was with quality and accuracy. It is a game changer when I purchase scale. Thanks! |

58? Yes (Lots and Lots) 60? Yes (Some) 59? Not so much. Jo-han apparently did a promotional model (probably 1:24) of the 1959 egg-crate grilled 59 Fury:
1959 Savoys? Yup

Herr Kiunke apparently owns American Excellence, BoS, Neo, and Whitebox (according to my American Excellence contact).
I can dream can't I?

Why yes there *was* (past tense) and it was made by MODELHAUS, who sadly are no longer in business.
Here is one of their last kit 56 Dodge models, made up by a "professional". Way to pricey for me.
