Is the 326 a dedicated casting or just a 40 over 318? Thinking of doing a Poly stroker like Chuck and was looking for extra wall thickness.

The 301, 326 and 318 all share the same 1737929 casting number.

Not only are they just a 40 over 318, they have Hydraulic Lifters too.

If they are the same casting, that should mean the 318s could be drilled for hyd lifters if a template for the 326 was available???
