Location: California/Wisconsin | I came across these in all my stuff. Someone said 1959 Dodge badged single carb D500's in all chrome and Super D500's with gold embellishment. Is that so or were all of them the same?

Location: bishop, ca | Never heard that, before, and both of these examples look to have been extensively 'polished' (removing surface
detail on their heads; notice their difference in appearance) before they were plated.
Also, they look to have been "24K" gold plated, instead of gold-ish lacquered.

Location: The Mile High City | Paul, I wonder if these might be the re-pop versions (still very desireable!) It's a great set. Do they have the CDPD stampings on the back? |

These guys look like.....not real NOS/OEM emblems.

Location: Connecticut | I think they look that way because of the flash. A better representation would be to shoot them outside on a cloudy day. To me, they look real. Check for the part number on the back. Ron |

NOS? I don't think so...
Check out the detail on a real emblem (that hasn't been 'polished' )...
