I enquired as soon as he listed it on ebay, He returned the email to say Minimum of £50k for offers,, He then updated the listing with the price...

Yikes to rich for me...

I still smell a rat with this

Says he is listing it for a collector who doesnt have internet access (hard but not impossible to build a collection without internet)

Says the collection has been going for 10 to 15 years (very short time to build a collection)

And if the other cars are of this standard/callibur, I am pretty sure the guy has money and if he was liquidating a classic car collection, surely there would be an auction house and much fanfair involved

And the website is still not active, but there is one with the same name, but its a .uk not a .com address

As I said, it smells fishy to me

If it aint then best of luck to any buyer

He spent most of the ad saying "you're probably an a**hole so go away" and said almost nothing about the car.

I can see where it sounds fishy, but he does note" BUT ANY SALES OR TRADES WILL BE DONE BETWEEN YOU AND HIM DIRECT, AT HIS HOME. I HAVE NO INVOLVEMENT IN THAT PART WHATSOEVER!"

I surely wouldnt be parting with any cash via Bank transfer or any other way , Strictly Cash on site after checking the Cars over and paperwork.. Most cars seem to be High End Priced.. So he may well be keeping them all in his collection.
