but searching for my old 60 fury conv. i had in 1978 in cambridge mass... this is
what history i know - it was sold new at west medford chrysler plymouth in 1960.
the man had it until 1977 or 78 until he died. there was an estate sale at his home
where the car and a 1963 buick riviera were purchased by a doctor in medford who
lived in chestnut hill
(ritzy section of newton
). he was selling it and the buick to buy
2 new 78 cutlasses. the car was baby blue
(orig.silver
) basic 318 tqflite am radio
power steering and of course top. it had rust in the quarters covered in fiberglass.
everywhere i went in that car hey batman! or what is that? are you george jetson?
due to financial hardship i sold it to j and s garage now defunct who specialty was mopar
and the sold it to a girl who lived near me she had a 60 fury big back window coupe for
parts and restored it in its orig silver. i saw a 60 plymouth behind me in 1980 on
my street and i stopped my god my car? yes i restored it..wow she got parts at hershey..
i know its 34 yrs after the fact but id like to know where my car is. thanks guys.

Best of luck finding your old Fury, moparsteve.
I understand; I still wonder what happened to some of my dad's old cars - wish I still had at least a couple of them.
Best of luck!
