Hi
Someone who can help here, thing is that I wonder if the split radiator fan schroud for Chrysler 300 57.58 with A / C, can be replaced with a ditto from Imperial?
I have the original 5 blade 18 inch fan and missing the old clutch, what clutch fits my car when I want to switch to new one? the original was of viscouse type I suspect. What clutch dimensions and brand is recommended here?
Thanks Michael

I am not aware of ANY fan clutch that is a direct interchange. There is a member of the 300 Club that machines down a current clutch I think from a Jaguar. I ordered one about two years ago and have heard nothing.
If the Imperial shroud halfs work that would be great. I need a lower half.
In the meantime I am running a 6-blade Imperial fan on my 300C with only upper shroud. Ran fine at 90o last weekend into the 'big city' traffic.

Hola Michael
..The OEM Silicone Fan Drive that was OEM in 1960 was "enhanced" in later years by The Thermo - Silicone Unit. Your first series unit went to second class power plants and like cars.
The since then unit is Number 303-271 at NAPA and like places. It not only "fits" - but will accept The Torque --- with out any alternations.
... The same Engineering Improvement was applied to The Engine Cooling Fans. Any 1985-1980 Engine Cooling Fan from any pick and pull - Rear Wheel Drive, GM or MoPar
will bolt to #303-271. The newer Engine Cooling Fan will use less energy from The Engine - while moving a Higher Volume of Air.

The original post asks about '57-58 300C and 300D. There is no interchange for that part that will fit. The part for the B and RB engines will not fiit the '57-58 Hemi.
