any suggestions on engine mounts ? trying to get by as cheaply as i can i also have a 65 727 to go behind it. so far other than ordering some custom mounts i cant find any, some say there are some truck big block mount that will almost bolt in? any help thanks guys and gals

There isn't a cheap way to do this unless you can weld all your brackets. Here is a spool setup and you will need frame standards too.

The factory spool mounts are a little hard to find but your Plymouth frame already has the correct brackets to use these. What you need are the engine spool mounts from a 58 or 59 Plymouth, Dodge, Desoto, or 59 Chrysler that had a big block. These will bolt up to your newer 383 and also fit your frame.
You could also possibly modify your 301 mounts to fit the 383 engine. the bolt pattern is slightly different on the ears of the poly versus big block.

You might check with www.wildcatmopars.com or www.bigmauto.com for the oem mounts.
As 58coupe notes, the 301 mounts can be modified, which I would look at real hard.
