I agree. I drove a friend's car with a firm feel rebuild from steer and gear. I thought it just increased steering effort, didn't improve the way the car handled. I wouldn't hesitate to send a box to them for rebuild but I would specify stock feel. That light steering is part of the character of these cars. |

| I sent my box to Steer and Gear and $425 and two weeks later they sent me back a box that leaked. Funny, it didn't leak when I sent it to them.
You'd think for that kind of coin they could pressure test it before they send it back.
