NO. 5: RESTORABLE
Needs complete restoration of body, chassis and interior; may or may not be running, but isn’t weathered, wrecked or stripped to the point of being useful only for parts.

Location: Parts Unknown | As my 58 comes together, I will have to remember to put skirts on
both the front AND rear wheels and Plaza badges on every body panel.
Oh yeah, and get me some fuzzy dice to go with those ugly meat grinder
hubcaps ! |

Location: Oley, PA | Here's the actual ad from the dealer who is selling the car.
http://www.duncanimports.com/used/Plymouth/1958-Plymouth-Belvedere-...
It includes more photos. Looks like a nice car and appears to have a dual quad 318 and an upgraded braking system. They are asking $98,540 for it. I wonder how they arrived at that price.

Location: The Mile High City | I like the car! It "shows" pretty well in the images, but I wonder a bit about the restoration:
1) the seat covers and door panels look like a custom interpretation of the original patterns to me
2) the one engine shot shows a tube going up to the hood from the washer bag! That won't work
3) there's probably a lot more where those came from
Prices are going up, but at $100,000 for a Plymouth - you shouldn't have much to criticize.
I like the color combination and the signal seeking radio!

Location: Alberta | So then the amount of $$$$$$ doesn't necessarily reflect the quality of this car and I agree I thought right off that, under the rear bumper there should have been a set of metal deflectors. I wasn't up on the wheel covers but they didn't look original to me [maybe state side?] the Belvedere wasn't available in Canada yet ???…….LOL The Belvedere script apparently was not on the trunk either oh well.I suggest we contact the Dealer and persuade them to sell it for parts……….LOL It's been a fun day reading the comments and input by all and way more than I expected Thanks again guys. I'll put a stop payment on my check………….. Just Kidding although I could cover the zeros after the deciminal
