Hey quick question under this transmission is 2 switches one with 2 nipples Im assuming that for reverse lights and one with just 1 nipple is that the neutral start switch? If so how do you actually wire that? Anyone have any manuals or information on these transmissions?

Yes, you have that correct.
Neutral safety switch is a 16ga brown wire from ARM on starter relay to nipple on switch.
Backup lights is a 16ga red from back of windshield wiper switch to one of the two contacts on the switch. The other is a 16ga black with yellow tracer to the back up light.
Note: This is from my 55 Desoto shop manual. Wire colors may be different on other cars of that year.

With the single wire NSS you need to run it through a relay.
Are you using the original direct drive starter? If so, the relay pictured will work; the large terminals power the starter while one small terminal is power from the starter switch and the other small terminal goes to the NSS.
