| Okay. I should say that the original 350 is parked and there is a 451 stroker block in there.
Any one ever use the Max Wedge repro manifolds in a setup like mine? |

Location: Alaska | All I ever ran on my 58 Fury were the original manifolds, on the 350 and later on a 383. It is easy to find headers to fit the engine but finding them to clear the torsion bars and mounts also is the problem.
Some guys have modified headers or built their own but lots of work. Some have tried shorty headers but IIRC they exit right over the torsion bars. Original or reproduction manifolds are rediculously expensive because of the heater tube for choke. You can use standard manifolds to fit a big block 58-61 or so and these are easier to find. |

| Whose shorty headers did you use?
What installation issues are involved? |
