Just scored this and a few other emblems that I believe to be prototypes for the '60 or more likely '61 Dodge. Albert Niksa was the name of the gentleman who worked for Dodge and brought these home with him. If anyone recognizes this from an old photo please let me know.

Most likely brass plated and the studs are tapped and threaded. The pattern you see is actually a thin piece of foil not uncommon from what would have been used on door panels. The two pieces seem to have been screwed together then plated after which the foil was cut to fit.
