Location: Ponder, TX | Here are a few random pictures of FL cars from three different shows the past two weekends... Mopars at the Mall in Centennial, Co, WPC National Meet in Tacoma, and the Sunbust in Graham, WA.

Location: Ponder, TX | A couple more showing the lot adjacent to the Lemay auto museum in Tacoma, and a FL era Fargo pickup.
I happened to be returning to Texas when the eclipse occurred and was about forty miles north of the total eclipse. Within a few minutes the people who had travelled to the area were heading back north. The traffic jam was about 30 miles long in both northbound lanes. I was told that the same situation formed on roads leading south.
I have to apologize for not having more photos to post. The little Canon pocket camera is fickle and will work fine for a half-dozen shots and then, without making a single change in the settings it will leave a blurry mess for the next half-dozen. That happened to most of my Denver pictures. My ten-year-old Sony died and I should have replaced it with another of the same kind, but hind sight is 20-20.

Location: North Australia | Good work Gary, thanks for posting. Some impressive cars in that line-up. The Imperial Convertible stands out for me, anyone know who this car belongs to? The Savoy is also a beauty.

Location: McCleary WA | That Dodge convert looks kinda familiar. Also that "sow bug" building in the background of some shots, where I worked for 3 years. I miss the cars and the great volunteers, but not the management. |

Location: Tacoma, WA | Glad to have it in occur my town, though I only took a few photos; not framed well-enough to post. But I was also really fascinated by the real 70 Hurst ccnvertible and its provenance. I'll catch you next time around, Gary. Keep us posted on your project!
Oh - we had clear sailing all the way down into central Oregon for a spectacular eclipse. It did take us many hours to get back across the bridge to the Tri-Cities where we stayed.

Whoever "someone" is (Ian?), thanks for doing that. Some great cars there.
