Guy wants $9k, which seems high given the condition. Claims it actually worth $12k in it's current state. The amount of moisture in the pictures is VERY concerning, and every part of the car seems as though it's got moisture trapped in it; you can almost smell the mildew just looking at the pictures of the interior. Looks like it's got a lot of rusty surprises in store for whoever ends up with it.
