Location: Lower Mainland BC | I was just playing with mine, rinsing the 30+ year old dried washer fluid residue out, activating the pump under a running tap and noticed that I was getting water coming out of the TOP of the pump where the moving pump shaft exits the threaded mounting stem. Must be an O-ring in there but can I get at it easily (there is a nut at the top of the pump case that looking can-of-worms tempting.
Thoughts?
I would rather go electric pump than pay for the price of a new foot pump. But an O-ring is okay if that is what it needs. Seems to pump otherwise. (Photo is from the web)
