If it was built in the USA you are able to get the build sheet from the FCA as many members have on this forum self included It's a great conversation piece [documentation] to have. When you have a chance post some under the hood photos they're always appreciated here on the forwardlook

| I will let others chime in also but, you have the front spuds(which could be custom ordered). Gold lettering, interior chrome trim and the door panels are custom royal also I think. Yes I would keep it, car is amazing shape. Dual brakelights? thats a good thing also. The swedes know how to restore these cars To be sure of all this like before get the build history.

Make you much more visible. They look brighter also, very nice mod.
did you buy antennas? or did it come with? the rear ones I mean, you also have front?
Not sure what the straps on the back bumper are for either? |

Location: So. Cal | On a '57 you could put a brake light in the fin behind that reflector. That way you could keep your reverse light. |

!
what this guy said.
Actually ... i may put my reverse lights up on the fins... that would be cool as heck
oh and you can get the rear exhaust tips from Vans for like 375$... you need those to finish up
another item is the rear bumper guards. What is with the stainless steel straps on your rear bumper? Did someone cut those apart there? |

The door panels are correct for a Royal but they have been redone like a "custom" royal....My 57 Royal D500 has the same stainless trim...To be correct for a Royal the vinyl inside the stainless should be upper half as it is...and below the armrest it should be in the same as the seat upholstery...If wanted, I can post a photo of my door panels...the lower part of the panels is what the seat(s) should be trimmed in
Yes the Gold lettering was a Custom Royal only thing...All others were just in silver finish Alloy.
The upper door glass caps were never chromed.
the inserts in the fins chrome V cap above the tail lights where the reflector is on a royal should be blacked out...only the Customs has a polished finish
the Antennas on the back are not correct...i cant see the bases of them but the angle in which they lean is way too far, And in some of the photos they are not even there...so they were an add on at a later date
there are a few things wrong under the hood too....the voltage regulator and solenoid are in the wrong place and the hood springs were always painted RED...plus the chromed dress up stuff under there....the inner fenders should be black not body color as well as the horns etc
As stated before...whats with the bumper straps ?...the trunk lid has the "V" emblem....this is not correct for this car....as you have the base Red Ram 325 2bbl carburetor...the "V" emblem was only placed there when the "Super red Ram" 4bbl carburetor engine was optioned
But all in all.....Great car!!.....with just a very very small mild personal touch here and there.....i sure wouldn't say no to owning it!!.....
If your wanting to make everything factory correct it should'nt take you long at all to fix all those small things we noticed

NOT...i have 3 2bbl cars...none have the V...all have blank trunk lids....That "V" was to designate the 4bbl engine package as was the "D500" for the next step up on engine performance with the Hemi engines...its also stated in either the sales brochure or the smaller parts option booklet.
