Runs. Looks solid, but can't say with only two pics. Has swivel seats and power windows. Wonder if there are any other options. Not sure about the price, especially without pics of the underside and engine bay.

From the two images shown, it seems like too much to me! Neat car though - it seems like you don't see the New Yorkers very often.
