Actually they are slightly different if you are a purest. The shape is the same and they will interchange but if you look at the picture you can see the raised line on the front edge of the vent frame runs all the way to the top on a vert frame. Hardtop frames the line drops down about 1/2 inch from the top. Why they did that who knows?

Thank you for posting that. I had heard that they were different, but never knew what the difference was.
