1961 Imperial parking brake

Mine does not click in place and the cable to the trans is pretty rusty. FINS! You should be able to clean up and lube the parking brake assembly and getting working. If no luck with that I should have a good one. Is the 61 Imperial Cable and 61 Windsor cable the same part? I have no brake at all on my newly acquired Windsor, Haven't had a chance to get under and see what the problems are with this...
