yeah its gotta be an oil rack. The height and width will confirm that. It that top is "about" the width of an oil can and the height is divisible by 5 or 6 or 7 oil can, I think it would confirm it 100% There was probably a cap along the top with a sign, the blue is 60's color scheme? It could be any mopar fluid container honestly. And it could be a chromed wire hanging stands? or sheetmetal. I think it was a solid piece though so maybe the sides "popped" on the front back and the top popped on. I think it was a flat piece of sheet metal with full length small bends on the back panel. You kind of layed one of those on the side then sat the front/back on it and then popped the other side on.
