I can't believe how good this car looks on the surface when you see what's lurking underneath. Still a nice looking car, but somebody is going to have to donate some time and attention to it or it will not stay that way for long.

Hi,
but the problem is you do not really know what is under the current paint.
Being from the east there might hide a lot more old bodywork under the still glossy paint job.
If you want to bring the car to a high level it needs a total stripping and I guess it will be pretty rough when blasted.
Maybe it would be better for this one if it gets just repaired and driven (mostly as is).
Because a full blown resto will not pay out for sure.
