The cowl vent is stuck shut on my 56 Dodge car. The inside vent control handle and linkage is working great. Are there hinges on each end of the cowl vent that might be stuck or just a center hinge? I also need a Ranco heater valve for my 56 Dodge car. thank you karimu@suddenlink.net Bill 928 855 7340
Wow. Did you come to the right place. I have a 1956 Dodge and have encountered these issues.
1. Be very careful with the cowl vent. If you don't break the rust free, you can break the hinges. Don't ask me how I know this.
