Under the car cover appears to be a 1955 Chevrolet, based on the rear quarter trim. I could be wrong though.

It would be a good price, but he needs to understand that no one can transport the car when it is scattered into a thousand pieces. At least assemble it into one transportable unit, and he would be able to sell it. As it is, his only possible buyers are very local to him.
