Yes you can, buy the kit with the tools. drill, tap, installation tool and inserts. Being you only need one repair. left hand thread will be more difficult to find.
lug bolts were used until 1959 in Plymouth.

if they are anything like the later hubs ( sorry no idea) you can remove the lug and replace it. May take a cutting wheel etc or a swage cutter to remove but is doable. There are over the counter lugs with the same spline pattern (again this applies if they are like the later ones 57 and later). Avoid pounding and pressing the lug out as it can or will enlarge the spline pattern on the hub due to the swaging of the lug. Cutting may be your best option. Grinder and a cut off wheel can make easy work of this.
Sorry if this misleads you but my response is based on swaged lugs as equipped on 57 and later. I have not worked on prior to 57 hubs.

I don't recommend doing that for a wheel lug. Probably best to get a replacement hub from BigM.
A properly installed Heli-Coil is just as, or more, reliable than the original thread. You're threading into hardened steel instead of the original cast iron/steel.
