L-350 identification needed

What do these second set of #s indicate. What do have I have here? One is supposed to be original out of my 58 belvedere. The other is supposedly out of a 58 cop car. Second set of numbers is the engine number, you might find it stamped on you're frame near rear spring hanger on left hand side, or confirm on your build sheet?
