My original block has major wear. It may need sleeves. What is the biggest I can go?

Based on the factory parts list, they only thought 0.040 over but that was them. See below:

Major wear on the original bore or major wear on an oversize bore? Standard bore 361 pistons are .0625" over the 350 but large overbores are risky without sonic testing.
