Can some one help me get started polishing S S. Do I have to do all three wheels
course, medium and fine ? I have no scratches just a dull finish on SS

Start with the fine first. You will know in less than a minute if it needs more 'grit'.

Hm little trick I learned regarding cleaning up stainless is quite easy. Aluminum foil and water. Just kinda wad up a piece of foil, dip in water and polish. Use a clean cloth to buff out and you will be surprised.
