At that time, I suggested that what the poster was looking for (I think) was a 1732 990 cap for the 1733 976 Thompson PS pump. No hits on 1732990 via eBay search but this 1945461 looks close:

Yes I saw this cap
But he want wamt$65 for the cap
$29 for shipping and I have to pay $30 tax and

I think it's to much for a cap
