Gorgeous car, but I really dislike the job they did with the interior. Not a fan of tuck-and-roll/pleated interiors. Price seems high.

The price is pretty high for a Firedome. For 45K, I would at least expect the correct lower sweep moldings instead of ones from a
four door.

I agree about the interior. I think for sales pictures I might have pushed the back of the hood down. Mine did that before I changed the hinges. I'm not sure the market is there but still nice to see one that survived.

Good eye.

So he used 1708 004/5 mouldings instead of 1708 008/9 mouldings (or vice versa?)

Wrong direction on the upholstery. The pattern of the "scissors" in the brown fabric is supposed to be horizontal NOT vertical. Come on man... Really? Oh well... sigh.

Great exterior colors though. Just painted my 57 the same. I'm pretty sure this car was on the cover of the June 2007 collectible automobile

Sorry. I didn't look very close. I was watching the Spurs game when I posted this.

Looks similar, but I think it's different. No fender ornaments, doesn't have the side trim with the emblems, no bumper guards, different parcel tray, wire rims instead of hubcaps, and the one for sale has no side mirrors. Seats look really similar though, so maybe the guy just didn't like some of the trim and removed it.

I have this CA magazine in the shelf.. The car on the cover is definitely Fireflite, while the car for sale is a Firedome.
