Location: Valley Forge, Pa. | I looked yesterday but I can't remember now, I believe there is a 1960 Belvedere coupe up in Michigan[?] for $2495.
Missing the drivetrain but the body looked good[?]. That was posted 3 days ago on Craigslist. I google "Craigslist all".
Bad place to buy a car as they use salt like rain but you never know? |

Coupe is such a loose term and can have many different meanings.... I prefer to use the term 2 door hardtop, 4 door hardtop, business coupe, 2 or 4 door sedan etc etc.. No confusion..

by true definition , none of the FL cars are coupes , "a/any car with a fixed rear side window" . over the yrs. it has become
subjective to say the least -----------------------------------------------later |

Location: Pau, S-W France | Remember that you must write coupé and not coupe !!! And pronounced "coup hey " !!!!! https://dictionary.cambridge.org/fr/prononciation/anglais/coupe
(from https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coup%C3%A9_(hippomobile) ) Un coupé est une voiture hippomobile etc....
A coupe is a horse-drawn car whose origins, and therefore the characteristics, can be diverse. As its name implies *, this is a car that has been shortened ("cut") to reduce its size and thereby reduce the number of places available, that is to say generally, remove the two front seats. The coupe has two seats, plus the coachman's seat. The first coupes were carriages or sedans, then other types of cars had their coupe version
The "coupe de ville" (= city coupe) was a prestigious two-seat car reserved for ceremonies.
* In french "coupé" means "cut"
