I would suspect you would have to drill the crank for a pilot bushing as I had to do when installing
a 3 speed stick from a 55 Dodge in a 56 D-500 many years ago.

The bellhousing won't fit a big block, the flywheel will. Latest relist says Hemi and Poly only.
