Location: Valley Forge, Pa. | I have been looking for a cap for my power steering for a while. NOS ones are over $100 and used ones are $50+ IF you can find a smaller one.
Apparently most pumps are TRW or Federal and their caps are a little over 2". I believe mine is an Eaton and Ford uses Eaton.
I ordered a cap for a 1965-66 Mustang and it fits perfect. I ordered the cheaper one without the dipstick just incase it didn't fit,
I could resell it and get back most of it back. They make real nice repros with or without dipstick for I believe between $12-15.
Maybe everyone else knows this and I may be the only one with the smaller cap but after a year of looking, I am very happy.
