Body by Fisher?
Looks like they mixed up the photos. After working out the codes were for maybe a 68 Camaro or a 1968 Chevelle, I went to their site and found this. Might even be none of these cars because the data plate doesn't look like the same position.
June 4th week /1968 Sports Coupe/ Norwood
Black Bucket Seats / Bronze colour (obviously a colour change if Camaro)

Methinks it's a 60 with a 61 front clip
I think it is a '61 by the "fin" line on the door. The '60 model extended into the front fender all the way to the headlight brow. Also even with the '60 boomerang taillights (which I think are the greatest ever on a fin car), the panel above the rear bumper kinda looks more like a '61 even though there was work done to block out the tail lights.

I also am fairly sure the car is a 61, because the dashboard fascia is the 61 style, but all the astra-dome gauges are 1962 gauges. Interesting that the tail light housings on the 60 will not fit into the fins of the 61 Chrysler quarters without some fabrication work as the openings are quite different in overall shape. The deck lid is also definitely 1961 and the lower area looks like some major filling was done to the concave panel above the bumper, which is a 1961 rear bumper.
