The starter was continued all the way until 64 (and later in tractor applications) in manual transmission big block chryslers. Maybe you'll find something when you look for parts for a later model (rockauto etc)?

Ok, but I bought a repop here in Sweden for my '60 starter - just like the one in the photo above.

So, I assumed they were repopped by Gary Goers….
